Trauma recovery is more than just a mental thing. It’s about healing the whole person: mind, body, AND spirit. As a survivor of childhood trauma and domestic violence, Dana decided to chronicle her own journey through this website sharing her life experience and education in psychology, sociology, and mental health coaching along side of Tim, who is also a trauma survivor through his years in law enforcement. He will share tips about the physical and mental side of healing from a man’s perspective. Some posts will be emotional, and other posts will be light-hearted, but that is exactly what trauma recovery is, life after crisis.
